Nose

Bright citrus, smoked barley and maritime peat combine with dried fruits, dark berries, vanilla and warming spice.

Palate

Rich and oily with layers of peat smoke, caramel, honey, dark fruits and peppery spice balanced by sherry sweetness and coastal salinity.

Finish

Long and warming with lingering smoke, oak spice, citrus peel and sweet dried fruit.
