GLENALLACHIE 15YO - 2007 SINGLE CASK OLOROSO PUNCHEON 70CL

This bottling from an Oloroso puncheon, which was hand selected by Billy Walker and previously held a drier style of sherry, offers notes of spice, nuts, and dried fruits. With the seventh batch of single casks, Glenallachie are putting their mastery of cask management on full display.  The four bottlings of this series demonstrate how Glenallachie's robust spirit interacts with different cask types and showcases the resulting flavours.

Nose - Layers of dried banana chips, caramelised muscovado sugar and honeycomb, with hints of root ginger, toffee and butterscotch.

Palate - Bursting with hazelnuts, mocha and red berries, followed by heather honey, orchard fruits and cinnamon spice
