Aged in a Tawny Port Hogshead, which adds lots berries, cinnamon and honey to this Speyside Single Malt. GlenAllachie seems to work particularly well in fortified wine casks, so this single cask, cask strength dram should be a treat.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Waves of orchard fruits, honeycomb and strawberry coulis, with almonds, maple syrup, ginger and pineapple.

Palate – Layers of dried red berries, cinnamon and heather honey, followed by notes of soft spice, pecans and rose petals.
