At Olives Et Al, we’ve always had a bit of a thing for flavour — especially the kind that tells a story. This mix was born out of one of those what-if moments. What if we took the warming spice of Malabar cinnamon, the soft richness of natural vanilla, and wrapped it all around our favourite roasted nuts?

It sounded good on paper. It tasted even better in real life.

Warming. Sweet. Subtly Spiced. Surprisingly Versatile.

A little sweet, a little spiced, and entirely irresistible. Inspired by the lush, spice-laden Malabar coast of Southern India, we’ve taken roasted cashews, almonds and peanuts and given them a slow tumble with rich vanilla, fragrant cinnamon, and a delicate dusting of sea salt.

The result? A deeply warming, gently sweet mix that’s dangerously moreish — and unexpectedly versatile.
