A well-sherried expression from the Cotswolds Distillery – which you probably guessed from the name! Distilled from locally-grown barley, this one was then matured in a combination of American and Spanish oak hogsheads and butts, seasoned with Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry. A rich, toasty expression from the English distillery!
Toasted (and slightly burnt) fruitcake, with stewed, spiced apple, brown sugar, and candied ginger.
Flamed orange peel, fruit and nut dark chocolate, cherry jam, and a touch of vanilla ice cream.
Black pepper balances heaps of dried berries.
