Soto Sake, with Soto meaning 'Outside' in Japanese, it's suitably inspired by the natural world. It blends together finely polished rice along with mountain water from the Niigata prefecture for a crisp, subtly fruity sake. We're big fans of the bold, modern bottle too, and it's even topped with a square of black Japanese denim!
