Master Blender Billy Walker sourced this pot still Jamaican rum from Clarendon Distillery at multiple ester levels. The spirit underwent a unique maturation journey; fully aged at The GlenAllachie Distillery. After spending time in American and French oak at 86% ABV, the rum was reduced to 69% ABV and re-filled to similar casks. This unusual process allows for wood interaction at two different 'solution characteristics', delivering a diverse spectrum of flavours.

Nose: Bursting with tropical fruits, vanilla and orchard fruits: with golden syrup, strawberry coulis and butterscotch.

Taste: Layers of honey, pineapple and plantains, with dried banana chips, grapefruit and cinnamon spice.
