A single cask 2009 Daftmill, aged in an Oloroso sherry butt. One of 700 bottles, this is a UK exclusive. Francis uses his own excellent barley, distilled on a small scale, to produce Daftmill Single Malt whisky. Made with Optic barley, grown on their south fields.
