DAFTMILL 2010 WINTER 70CL

A combination of 25 first fill ex bourbon barrels filled in November and December of 2010. Publican barley was used for this winter batch.

Daftmill only produce a very limited amount of spirit each year, sometimes as little as 100 casks. The estate is predominantly a farm, and distilling is only done in their off-seasons. In the past, this was the way most distilleries worked.
