INGREDIENTS

50ml Yellow Rose Premium American Whiskey
20ml Lejay Creme de Banana Liqueur
2 dashes Bob Cardamom Bitters
½ fresh banana
10ml freshly squeezed lemon (optional)
½ sprig of fresh thyme to garnish

METHOD

In a shaker, add all ingredients with ice and shake. 
Double strain into a coupe. 
Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
